Consistency is in our DNA, come rain, come shine, Chess Heights Monthly will always hold to God’s glory. Tomorrow, Saturday December 3, Chess Heights Lagos Monthly will hold at its regular venue of Jobady Hotel, 1 Ajayi Street, Off Sunmola Street, Mende, Maryland.
The festival is on, this means that many top players will be unavailable for tomorrow’s event. However, we expect many ambitious players looking to make a chess mark to show up. Players who have confirmed their participation include God’stime Clement, Ikechukwu Anyanwu and Oluwamayomikun Akinwunmi amongst many others.
The arbiters are ready and the event is Fide Rated. Chief arbiter Paul Boyo would be receiving an award tomorrow in appreciation for his 13 years of service to humanity through Chess Heights Monthly, We are grateful for his positive spirit,
Also ready is the venue and usual refreshment. You guys will be comfortable tomorrow.
Please get to the venue by 9:00am as we will be starting early. Be prepared to have a great time.
